Are limiting beliefs blocking you from reaching your goal(s)? Limiting beliefs are those sinister thought processes that keep you from being great.

Limiting BeliefsThese thoughts may have been self-taught or taught to your psyche by others.

  • “I can’t”
  • “I’m not ___ enough”
  • “I’m too___”

…and like a strong magnet, one limiting belief attracts other limiting beliefs. Before you know it, you’re knee-deep in these beliefs and don’t even realize it.

Before long, they seep into the fabric of your being and adversely affect everything. Your romantic relationships, your performance at work, your earning potential, your physical fitness and beyond.

It’s like you’re the unpopular twin of King Midas. Everything you touch turns into self-sabotage. Pretty bleak huh? Where do you go from here? The good news is, you can squash and conquer these negative thought processes.

Limiting beliefs hate it when you call them out into the light (sorta like a gremlin). Invoke them by name. For example, “The ___ I want is never going to happen for me” (fill in your limiting belief of choice). Now you have them on your turf.

Drain the energy and life-force from each belief, one at a time. You can do this by reading out load the eviction notice that you prepared. It usually starts like this:

“Dear _____(Limiting Belief of Choice),
You are hereby given an eviction notice and notice to vacate the premises effective immediately!…”

Take down these travel directions:

  1. Board the express train
  2. Go one stop and get off at Eviction Street Station.

Your limiting beliefs have been taking up prime real estate in your subconscious. We need the space to build new foundations. We’re building luxury skyscrapers now and they can’t live here!
