I completed my coaching training with Coach U in 2016. Coach U founded the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has been revered as a top coaching school that has led the coaching industry for many years. I am a proud graduate of their Core Essentials Program. That same year, I founded Creative Solutions Hub LLC. A business rooted in high-level personal development.
As a strategic thinker, I have a passion for empowering people, at all levels, to maximize their fullest potential. A few focus areas that I build my sessions on in order to get proven results for my clients include EQ, Self-mastery, limiting beliefs squashing and conscious breathing exercises.
In addition to my training and coaching skills, I am a practicing scientist of over 15 years, with a rich arsenal of real-life performance experience. As a subject matter expert in the sciences, I am called to testify in courts of law on my professional opinion. I know first hand how performance in the courtroom and beyond can impact outcomes.
